We have planned this itinerary for those who would like to dig Deep into the history of this UNESCO Heritage site along with covering all major cities and towns of Rajasthan in a span of 14 days experience the culture and heritage of the Rajputana land.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1. Delhi Arrival : Your arrival at Delhi International Airport will be greeted and coordinated up by the tour manager of Raj Tours. You will get transferred to the hotel with a chauffeur driven car and spend rest of the day at leisure followed by overnight stay.

Day 2. Delhi Sightseeing: After the breakfast at the hotel you will spend the entire day covering the major heritage monuments of Delhi with an escorting tour and a chauffeur driven car will take you to the all major places and you will come across the interesting facts and history behind those places. It all will start with the tour of Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Lodhi Gardens, Agrasen Baoli, Qutub Minar, and before calling off the day enjoy the light and sound show at the Akshardham Temple.

Touring India Gate after sunset is quit an attraction and then you will go back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 Delhi – Mandawa : To kick start of the tour of Rajasthan nothing could be much better and serene than the tour of Mandawa. This is small town is a core part of Shekhawati Region which is known for its brightly coloured paintings created using amazing artistic designs. After touring Mandawa Haveli enjoy your lunch and explore the Haveli and surroundings of Mandawa with the tour manager.

Day 4. Mandawa – Bikaner : Check into the hotel upon reaching Bikaner and then get ready to explore the Majestic monuments of the Camel City starting with Junagarh Fort, Ganga Singh Museum, Jain Haveli and Prachin museum. Before going back to the hotel, for a memorable sunset experience scheduling camel ride the rustic parts of Bikaner is one thing that everyone must experience.

Day 5. Bikaner – Jaisalmer : Your arrival at Jaisalmer will be greeted by the tour manager of Raj Tours who will greet you and get you transferred to the Sam Sand Dunes.

Today you will enjoy the rustic feeling of being at the sand dunes by starting of a camel ride that will end up with the sunset view and then get you transferred to the camping site where you will enjoy the very memorable musical evening with the performances of the folk artist followed by the delicious dinner. The luxury tent accommodation is the best way to enjoy night in the sand dunes with the campfire by your side.

Day 6. Jaisalmer Sightseeing: After breakfast at the hotel get ready for the sightseeing of the Golden City. Salim Singh ki Haveli, Patwa Haveli, Gadisar Lake and Sonar Fort will be the main attraction of the day.

Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 7.  Jaisalmer – Jodhpur : After breakfast at the hotel check out and get transferred to Jodhpur by road.

Day 8. Jodhpur – Udaipur : After breakfast at the hotel explore the heritage monuments of Jodhpur. Starting off with Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Ummed Bhawan Palace and with the tour of Kaylana Lake Jodhpur sightseeing will be summed up.

Later in the day, with the help of driver get transferred to the hotel at Udaipur and stay overnight.

Day 9. Udaipur Sightseeing : The city tour will start after breakfast at the hotel and you will set out to explore the marvelous places like the City Palace, Jag Mandir, Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon ki Badi, and Lake Pichola.  Every nook and corner the city is naturally beautiful the backdrop of beautiful lakes like Fateh Sagar, Dudh Talai and Udai Sagar Lake.

Rest of the day after the city tour will be at leisure followed by night stay at the hotel.

Day 10.  Udaipur – Pushkar : Leaving Udaipur behind you will proceed for another attraction of the tour program. Pushkar is famously known as the king of pilgrimage as it is one of the major worship site for Hindu community in India.

Before starting the tour of Pushkar you will be first taken to Ajmer Dargah situated nearby. After Dargah visit, the tour of Pushkar will begin. The Brahma Temple is one of its kind as being the only temple dedicated to the Lord  Brahma- the creator of this world according to Hindu mythology. Join the Evening Aarti at the Pushkar Ghat and stay overnight hotel.

Day 11. Pushkar – Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel you will be transported to the Jaipur City.

The Tuk Tuk tour of the Walled City will be scheduled covering major market places like Johri Bazaar, Chaura Rasta, Nehru Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar. The entire walled city is clad with amazing artifacts and local specialty products that are enough to set the spirit for a shopping spree.
Around sunset, the view of Albert Hall is the one that will be covered before getting you transported back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12. Jaipur Sightseeing : After breakfast at the hotel get ready to explore the most iconic places and monuments of Jaipur that will include places like Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Govind Dev Ji Temple. Starting the day with Amer Fort ride will take you through the detailed tour of this massive monument with your tour manager and coming back towards the Walled City, a short halt Jal Mahal is worth for grabbing the photographs of the Summer Retreat of Maharaja.

The first monument in the walled city is Hawa Mahal known for its architecture consisting 957 small windows making it look like studded peacock feather when seen from the street. Then proceed towards City Palace which is the present residence of the royal family but apart from the Chandra Mahal the entire Palace is open for public along with the museum.

After touring Jantar Mantar and Govind Dev Ji temple you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 13. Jaipur- Agra : Today on your way to Agra the first stop will be scheduled at Abhaneri. This 15th century village is now UNESCO Heritage site with the tourist attraction places as Harshat Mata Temple and 13 storied Chand Baoli.

Later on continue driving towards Agra and the other stop on the way is Fatehpur Sikri, another UNESCO Heritage Site which is now a abandoned place. Upon arrival at Agra check into the pre book hotel and get yourself freshen up for the night view of Taj which is one the beautiful thing that you will find nowhere.

Stay overnight at Agra

Day 14. Agra- Delhi : After getting freshen up at the hotel you will set out to explore the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itimad-Ud-Daulah and the iconic city itself.

The day at Agra will begin with a guided tour of Taj Mahal with the escorting manager as he will take you through the splendid history of this iconic monument uncovering other parts like Itimad-Ud-Daula, Pearl Mosque and Mehtab Bagh and then, you will then proceed for Agra Fort. The Agra Fort is massive and constructed using red sandstone using beautiful intrinsic architectural designs inside the as well as the grand entrance known as Lahore Gate reflects the glory of Mughal era.

Later in the day you will get transferred to Delhi for boarding your scheduled flight.
